Each level book contains its curriculum map (the catalogue courses/pathways mapped to that level across ten strands), its music education profile, and its complete three-song set with lyrics, instruments, composer guidance and learning outcomes. Grades 7–12, College & Trades and University also have a separate music companion book; in Kindergarten–Grade 6 the music education is integrated inside the level book itself. The governing Music Education Master v05 (71 pages) holds the whole pathway.
